1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phhoy ("phhoy," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phhoy website located at https://phhoy.com, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

phhoy reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use phhoy, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. phhoy strictly enforces this requirement and will request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phhoy, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phhoy or by any relevant gaming authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines.

phhoy reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by phhoy may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on phhoy. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phhoy employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed, and all associated balances and winnings may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. phhoy is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phhoy login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. phhoy will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phhoy immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

phhoy is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with phhoy's KYC procedures, which may include submitting copies of a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

phhoy accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform. All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.

Deposits are generally credited to your phhoy account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. phhoy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. phhoy reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Standard processing times are as follows:

• GCash and PayMaya: 1–4 hours
• Bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): up to 24 hours on business days
• Other methods: as specified on the Platform

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 unless otherwise stated. phhoy reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on phhoy are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the player.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. phhoy may charge a monthly dormancy fee of ₱100 on dormant accounts, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phhoy offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed account registration and KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• phhoy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or the exploitation of technical errors, will be forfeited and the relevant accounts may be suspended.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on phhoy are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all phhoy games:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on phhoy's servers, the server record shall be deemed authoritative.
• phhoy is not responsible for any loss of winnings or game progress resulting from network interruptions, device failures, or other technical issues on the player's end.
• Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled or reversed once confirmed by the system.
• phhoy reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any other artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phhoy and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Opening or operating more than one account on phhoy.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, including the use of bots, scripts, or other automated tools.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phhoy staff or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug must be reported and will be voided.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your p hhoy account on your behalf.

8. Responsible Gaming

phhoy is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of the Platform. We believe that gaming should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment and never become a source of financial or personal harm.

phhoy provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time via account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set reminders or hard limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the phhoy Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of phhoy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phhoy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phhoy, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, network interruptions, or system errors.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors.

phhoy's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phhoy account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phhoy makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Privacy

Your use of the phhoy Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how phhoy collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. 12. Termination

phhoy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if phhoy reasonably believes that you have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms.
• Engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempted to manipulate or exploit the Platform in any way.
• Posed a risk to the integrity of phhoy's operations or to other players.

Upon termination for cause, phhoy may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any legitimate balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method. You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting phhoy customer support, provided there are no pending withdrawals or active bonus wagering requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phhoy operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

14. Amendments

phhoy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phhoy will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting phhoy support.
